On December 31st 2009, the management system at Credit Bureau of Canada Collection's Mississauga and Gatineau offices were certified to ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001 is an international quality standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

ISO 9001 is based on the following eight Quality Management Principles, which can be applied to improve organizational performance:

• System approach to management
• Continual improvement
