On January 13, 2012, the management system at Credit Bureau of Canada Collection's New Westminister office was certified to ISO 9001:2008. Credit Bureau of Canada Collections remains certified in all sites to ISO 9001:2008. Every employee at CBCC plays a role in understanding and contributing to our Quality Management System.
